Morgenlicht’s construction was an odyssey to me.

I’d never been involved in an event of this magnitude and, moreover, in a country I love, yet that is completely different from everything I’d lived thus far.

Inventiveness, tenacity, obstinacy and moments of exhaustion and despair. And joy to carry on. Two years and two months, almost daily, and Morgenlicht was completed.

All new outside as well as within me.
