Putting to use my culinary knowledge and skills, I then began to create the “Vibrational Kitchen.” We assembled our staff and, in March of 1996, Morgenlicht opened for business.

Since then, my life began to encompass several fields of activities: I follow up my sons’, my daughter’s and stepsons’ development and I’m Morgenlicht’s kitchen chef. And, together with Carlos, I manage it!.

I also maintain my therapeutic massage practice, both in Rio de Janeiro and at Morgenlicht. I feel grounded, and

I’ve got much love for these Macabu Mountains.

I’m very grateful to all I’ve been given and have accomplished.
