From early on, they understood the importance of respecting and interacting with the local Barra Alegre community and were conscious of being generators of economic and educational growth in the area. With that mindset, they were founders and have been active members of the Barra Alegre Association of Residents, Farmers and Craftsmen. The youngsters who were engaged in Morgenlicht’s construction learned a new trade, and today are professionally well-established in the region. Those who ended up joining Morgenlicht’s staff have brought their sincere and demeanor which, combined with continuous training, have given an unique flavor to our relationship with our guests.
