Art Therapy was my first technique and, continuously looking for directions in which to advance my understanding of the relations of body, mind and speech, I embraced Reichian Therapy (Wilhelm Reich.) Through Reich, I came to know Alexander Lowen, his disciple and founder of Bioenergetic Analysis.

I found myself in Bioenergetic Analysis and completed my formation as a bodypsychotherapist with further training in Brazil and in the United States.

I was among SABERJ’s (Sociedade de Análise Bioenergética do Rio de Janeiro) original cofounder’s, in 1989, and later became a certified practitioner and Local Didatta of IIBA (International Institute for Bioenergetic Analysis), founded by Alexander Lowen, in 1956.

My clinical practice is divided between Rio de Janeiro and Bom Jardim.
